Backstage at Billboard Latin Music Week, Zamira Zambrano talks about how she finds beauty and joy through her music and her favorite beauty trends.

My fascinating session soundtrack is pretty mixed. Sometimes I listen to my own unreleased songs. Because it’s a moment when I can be alone and focus on what I need to fix on a particular song. I listen to my husband’s music. Listen to Morat’s story. Listen to English songs. If you ask me now, I think it’s Karol G. I really like her performance style these days. Beyond her style, I love the confidence she displays in front of the camera. That way I can get to know her better, and I think she’s always beautiful, elegant, and very confident in herself. I’ve always said that if you feel beautiful on the inside, it radiates outward. In my case, I try to work on it a lot myself and involve the studio. When I create, I always think about how the person who hears it, in this case a woman, would feel, because men can also feel beautiful and powerful. For me personally, as long as I can convey a positive message, I think it’s beautiful, motivational words, healthy, clean messages that reach the heart and that’s what I try to radiate in the studio through my music.
