Pavilion Publishing Director Laura Russell acquired world language rights to Healthy-ish from Emily Sweet of Aevitas Creative Management.
The publisher states that Healthy-ish “bridges the gap between dietary trends such as high-protein, plant-based, and air fryer cooking, combining elements of each into one highly accessible cookbook.” Ta.
