Today’s trip to Disneyland Park showed us that Christmas is starting early this year, as there was already snow on the roof of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.
Snow falls on Sleeping Beauty’s castle
It’s only October 14th, but there’s already snow on the roof of Sleeping Beauty’s castle. This means guests will be able to experience all the Halloween decorations in the park for the rest of October, as well as see classic Christmas decorations.
At this point, only the roof of the central part of the castle and the small turrets and tall towers surrounding it are covered with snow. Snow has been added to other parts of the roof in recent years, so expect things to change in the coming days.
Just how fast is it? Last year, snow was discovered at Sleeping Beauty Castle on October 18th. So, while the snow cap isn’t appearing much earlier than last year, it’s still being added ahead of schedule.
The photo above is from October 29, 2023. You can see that more snow is going to be added to the roof and surrounding turrets.
What do you think about it snowing in Sleeping Beauty Castle in mid-October? Are you happy that the two holidays are mixed together? Let us know in the comments.
