Introducing Hapeguay: Ready for adoption in Northern Colorado

Hapeguay is a 5 year old Siberian Husky who is currently available for adoption. You may be wondering how this boy got his unique name. Hapeguay is a dog name used in the Middle Ages and means happy man. NOCO Humane says you can call him “Happy Guy” if you like.
Hapeguay certainly lives up to its name. Hapeguays get along well with most other dogs and love to play, run around, and explore. I think he would be a great addition to your home.
Hapeguay is an incredibly smart guy who needs daily mental and physical stimulation to live the best life possible.
Things to consider before adopting Hapeguay from NOCO Humane

Each breed has different needs and characteristics. While Siberian Huskies are known for their coats, Hapeguay is a puppy that requires frequent grooming.
Huskies are also known for their ability to escape. Mr. Hapeguay is looking for a house with a high wall.
Hapeguay doesn’t like having his feet touched and his feet are sensitive. NOCO Humane recommends that Hapeguay be placed in a home without young children, as Hapeguay has a history of clicking and growling when his paws are touched.
