Cover: Use of stock photos
Staten Island Parents. “May 2024”;Leah Mitch
By using colors sparingly in your typography, you can create a teal that is easy to read without distracting from the subject matter. The child is positioned so that the tilted head connects with both the name plate and the lead teeth. This type is perfectly balanced around fun subjects.
Cover: Original photo
Silver: New York Family. “October 2023”; Lea Mitch, Donna Duarte-Rudd
This cover is themed around joy and “family magic.” The smile is charming, and the soft background provides a canvas for playful teasing. It’s the perfect choice as it’s a color that symbolizes fall and back to school.
