CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – On Saturday, October 19, 2024, Montgomery County Animal Control will hold its 9th annual adoption event. This event is a fun-filled day dedicated to finding forever homes for pets in need. The event will run from 10am to 3pm and promises to be an exciting gathering for animal lovers and families alike.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities including face painting, delicious treats from local food trucks, and candy giveaways. In addition to being fun, this event also provides a unique opportunity to adopt one of the many cats and dogs waiting for a loving family and bring home a new furry friend.
Special microchip implantation services are also available for just $10 from 2-3 p.m. To receive this service, pet owners must bring a current rabies vaccination record. Microchipping is an important tool to quickly reunite lost pets with their families.
Adoption events are a celebration of community and compassion, and attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their best attire to add to the festive atmosphere. Montgomery County Animal Care and Control is dedicated to finding lasting loving homes for “fur babies” and invites everyone to help make a difference in the lives of these animals. Masu.
