Jeremy Clarkson underwent emergency heart surgery last week, but in a column for The Sun newspaper, the Clarkson’s Farm presenter revealed how he is not enjoying the change in lifestyle.
In an article for the magazine, the star revealed how she had to radically change her diet, saying: “The worst problem is food. To lower your alarmingly high cholesterol levels, cut out everything you love completely. There is a need,” he wrote.

“Bacon, sausage, beef, lamb, pork, butter, crisps, proper milk, Cadbury fruit and nut bars, and the interesting part in eggs.”It’s been a week since we’ve been living in our new regime.” But it’s scary.”
Jeremy then shared how he doesn’t enjoy the healthier options he’s currently eating, which include portions of Greek yogurt and kale, the latter of which is “like eating the contents of a AAA battery.” I joked that it was the taste.

Other changes in the former Top Gear presenter’s life include quitting booze, which he blames for its fattening effects, and increasing his physical activity.
“Eventually you have to take a ‘walk’ that takes you back to where you started,” he explained. “What’s the point of that? And I have to pick things up with the sole purpose of putting them down again.

“It’s also recommended to sit, using just your abdominal muscles. Why? So, lie down and repeat the process over and over until you’re exhausted.”
Despite the radical changes in the presenter’s life, he wrote that it is worth continuing to live. “I want to see my grandchildren grow up,” he said. “I saw the sunrise this morning and it was so amazing that I want to see more. I also want to go to the Galapagos Islands.”

Jeremy revealed in a Sunday Times column last week that he underwent emergency heart surgery after the holidays.
The 64-year-old man described feeling “a feeling of tightness in his chest,” a “tingling sensation in his left arm,” and a “humid feeling.” Jeremy decided to go to hospital following the sudden death of former Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond, who passed away at the age of 69 from a heart attack earlier this month.

At the hospital, he was told that his condition was only a few days away from becoming seriously ill, and he was taken to the operating room to have a stent fitted.
The father-of-three has been open about his health struggles, previously revealing in a column for the Sunday Times that his son Finlo was part of his motivation to get fit, and said he was trying to get his ‘breath back’. He described how he struggled with this. Every time they go for a walk together.
