episode notes
About this episode: Zach and Elizabeth are joined by Rachel Riskind, a longtime listener and mother of three Jewish children. Together, they commemorate Rosh Hashana by reflecting on how to raise Jewish children in the complex world of 2024. Our community had so many questions and stories to share about everything from Gaza to fasting to how to explain to teachers what Hanukkah is not. That’s not the point.
