Halle Berry will love this… The judge in her never-ending custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez has sided with her in the fight over a co-parenting agreement.
Here’s the deal… Over the summer, Hal claims that Olivier is taking time off from co-parenting therapy, and she files a complaint, asking a judge to force Olivier back.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge sided with Halle, but noted that Olivier had already complied with her request after dragging Halle to court over the issue.
So Halle has a small victory here.
Halle and Olivier were married from 2013 to 2016, but their divorce was finalized eight years later in August 2023. They have one child, Maceo, who is 11 years old.
The documents also say the judge ordered the two ex-girlfriends not to discuss custody issues with the child or make negative comments about them or their boyfriends in front of the boy.
We have reached out to Olivier’s camp but have not heard back so far.
