Popular fitness trainer Lindsay Bomgren regularly shares her favorite workout routines with her Instagram followers to keep them motivated and fit. She recently posted a video featuring an updated version of her 25-minute upper body workout using hand weights. “Today’s workout uses all your body strength and arms (OK, there’s some sneaky core work in there too!),” she captioned it. Known for his balanced approach, Bomgren incorporates both strength and core training into his routines to help his followers achieve total body fitness. Whether it’s leg day or focusing on unilateral training, she keeps things fresh, challenging, and accessible for all levels. Bomgren never misses leg day. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. In it, Bomgren can be seen doing squats, lunges, deadlifts, swings, and more. She is also seen using weights and resistance bands. Bomgren has a great core, so naturally he does a lot of core training. She shared posts of herself doing things like planking and climbing on Instagram. The Mayo Clinic says core training has many benefits. “The core is the central part of the body. It includes the pelvis, lower back, lower back, and stomach. The abdominal muscles are sometimes referred to as the abdominal muscles. Core exercises help the muscles of the core work together in harmony. Train yourself to function. This will give you better balance, also known as stability. In fact, most sports and other physical activities rely on stable core muscles. ”

Bomgren likes to do one-sided training. In the earlier Instagram post, she was seen doing a lot of these exercises.
