Carly recommends meal prepping to “eat healthy” on a budget. She told The Sun: “At the end of the day, it’s all about thought and preparation. My top tip is to choose one day a week when you can go out for an hour and prepare a meal.” spoke. “My favorite recipe is the one-tray bake method: place the fish, meat, and tofu in one corner and the vegetables in the other corner, leave in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, then serve in Tupperware boxes. If you don’t want to eat the same thing every day, you can make too much at night and have leftovers for lunch, or team up with a co-worker or friend and take turns making lunches in bulk. Curley says cutting down on sugar has “huge health benefits.” But “most of us would end up craving and crashing if we quit it completely and aimed to go cold turkey,” she says. “My top tip is to start thinking about what you can add instead of thinking you have to cut everything. The easiest way to change your food is to add new ingredients and create new recipes. That’s it for those who don’t know how to start phasing out the processed and sugar-based foods that remain. Make a list of three foods and sugar-based treats and create a weekly treat, but also do some research to find ways to make healthier alternatives for yourself.”

Carly is obsessed with yoga and recently introduced classes to her app. Why should you consider taking a yoga class? “Researchers found that people who did at least 30 minutes of yoga once a week for at least four years gained less weight in midlife. ,” Harvard Health said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight.
