The nonprofit organization Fit To The Core Inc. (FTC) will host a Fun Fitness Family Day at Carl E. Clark Park (313 Market Place, Menlo) on Saturday, October 5th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. . park).
This free event is designed for all ages and fitness levels and provides a way for families to come together and enjoy a healthy activity in the great outdoors. Fun Fitness Family Day will feature a taste of health with a variety of engaging fitness sessions, games and nutritious snacks.
Highlights of the day include:
Morning Mat Yoga: Start your day with a gentle yoga session designed to stretch, relax, and energize. Chair yoga: A seated yoga option perfect for older adults and those looking for a low-impact, effective workout. Fitness Games: Fun, interactive games to get everyone moving, laughing, and enjoying fitness together. Healthy Snacks: Complimentary nutritious snacks to fuel your family’s day of fun. Family Boot Camp: High-energy training for all ages to build strength, endurance, and family bonding.
The event is free and open to all. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably, bring an exercise/yoga mat, water bottle, and be prepared for a day of movement and fun.
