We are looking for a senior designer with at least 8 years of experience in luxury residential interior design. The Senior Designer works closely with principals and architectural designers to oversee and execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet client specifications, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We research and source materials, hardware, fabrics, tile, lighting, plumbing, artwork, furniture, treatments, and accessories based on the specific requirements of each project.
Manage internal teams, vendor relationships, contractor execution, and client expectations.
We pay close attention to detail when reviewing all documentation to ensure design intent and technical accuracy are incorporated.
Ability to manage a team through strong leadership, effective communication, collaboration, motivation, and respect.
Serves as the main point of contact between client and contractor. Communicate frequently to ensure quality control and all phases/timelines/schedules are completed on time and within budget.
Schedule and perform regular site visits to keep principals and design teams updated on progress and schedules.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited interior design program.
8+ years of experience in a luxury home design company and technical knowledge of architecture and construction processes.
MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop) plus AutoCAD skills required
Experience with Design Manager or other design management software preferred.
Ability to work in person 5 days a week in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or have a valid employment visa to work in the U.S. and reside in Raleigh, North Carolina.
