Duties:
• Generate and pursue new leads to grow Kelly Wearstler’s customer base.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-end interior design firms, architects, and high-end retailers.
• Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed territory sales goals.
• Conduct proactive lead generation activities (presentations, networking events, etc.).
• Convert prospects into sales through professional and persuasive communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing team to effectively utilize promotional materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to improve your sales approach.
• Regularly report on sales activity, lead status, and market insights.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in selling luxury goods, preferably in the interior design or luxury lifestyle industry.
• Special focus and network on furniture sales and customers.
• Strong and established network with interior design and luxury retailers
• Exceptional skills in lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.
• Proficiency in tracking sales activities and managing sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to work independently in line with the Kelly Wearstler brand ethos.
• Knowledge and passion for luxury design and lifestyle products.
