Christopher Pachel, DVM, DACVB, CABC: So one of my favorite sessions that I’ve had the opportunity to present, and this is actually going to be at Fetch Coastal, is Puppy Parenting Roadmap. The positive socialization strategies we have. Not only do we understand what happens if we don’t provide proper socialization, or if we’re way off base, but we’re really trying to make it really practical. It is also friendly to pet owners, who know that when they bring a new puppy into their home, it takes a lot of effort to raise that puppy into a well-mannered adult dog, so they can do it and understand it. It’s possible. Our goal is to help pet parents learn these skills in the most practical and concrete way possible. That’s what we discuss in our puppy parenting sessions. I think it was Monday, October 14th, at Fetch Coastal in Atlantic City.
