This is a curse because there are so many options that it’s hard to sift through them all, check reviews, and decide if they’re worth your time and money.
Luckily, as a beauty editor, I’ve tested countless skin care, hair, and makeup products on this site and can tell you which ones are good, great, and truly great. Masu. So are the three underrated Amazon beauty products that I literally recommend everyone in my life to buy. #1: Amazingly effective French eyelash serum

First, I have to talk about my favorite eyelash serum. This one is from the French brand Talika, which I’ve already waxed poetic about (read my full review), but it’s worth writing about again. Since then, researchers have optimized the formula by encapsulating plant extracts such as witch hazel, apple, nettle, horse chestnut, and St. John’s wort in liposomes to increase penetration.
In addition to botanical extracts, it also contains peptides that strengthen eyelash roots and slow hair loss. There are silk proteins that “cover” the eyelashes and encourage curling. And then there’s the extract of a tropical plant called Coleus forskohlii, which the brand says can promote the natural pigmentation of eyelashes by increasing melanin production.
The brand recommends using it morning and night for 28 days and repeating this cycle every three months for best results. Every time you use this, you’ll see visible improvements in the length, density, and thickness of your eyelashes within just a few weeks. I usually order from Amazon, but when I visited Paris in the spring, I was able to pick up a few tubes at a French pharmacy.

#2: A reliable heatless curler set

I have tried many heatless curler sets in the past and have never been completely satisfied with the results. My curls either look curly and asymmetrical, or they fall out during the night and I wake up to flattened hair in the morning. That was until I tried this budget-friendly one on Amazon.
