CBRE has expanded its U.S. fixed income and structured finance capabilities with the addition of industry veterans Mark Fluent, David Milestone and Bill Moyer as vice chairmen. The Los Angeles-based trio has collectively completed more than $150 billion in commercial real estate financing transactions. Mr. Fluent and Mr. Moyer join CBRE from Deutsche Bank (9DB), and Mr. Milestone joins from Newmark.
Mr. Fluent is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience and was previously Head of Origination at DB. Under his leadership, his team played a key role in establishing the company as a market leader in CMBS origination and high-yield balance sheet/special situation loans.
During his 17-year tenure at DB, Mr. Moyer divided his responsibilities between the large lending team in New York City and overseeing lending in the Southwest as part of the Fluent team. He has over 25 years of industry expertise.
Milestone has more than 20 years of industry experience, primarily serving institutional clients, and has a proven track record of originating and executing debt transactions throughout the Western United States. Early in his career, he played a key role at Eastdil Secured, where he helped the company’s debt platform grow from $4 billion to more than $60 billion in annual transaction volume.
