This week’s episode of Us Weekly’s Breaking Beauty series was all about Fagit’s glitter freckles. This temporary tattoo was recently seen on Taylor Swift at a Kansas City Chiefs game, where she sported gold freckles on her nose and cheekbones that matched the team’s colors as a nod to boyfriend Travis Kelce. showed support.
After Swift, 34, got her freckles on Monday, Oct. 7, Senior Editor Krista Laqua and I (Assistant Editor Grace Riley) grabbed Fagit’s Glitter Freckle Makeup Patches and… We couldn’t wait to try it for ourselves.
The Swift-approved Spirit Collection retails for $16 for a pack of six. Using a set of red, blue, purple, and orange, the patch gives a decidedly realistic freckle-like result (plus some sparkling stars and sparkles).

I found applying the specs surprisingly easy (and quick!). After applying the freckles to my face, I dabbed them with a wet paper towel. Within seconds, they were transferred to our skin.

Swift paired the patch with a glossy red lip instead of her usual matte look, perhaps taking inspiration from the glow and shine in her spots. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a voluminous ponytail, and her signature winged eyeliner peeked out from under bangs that swept over her forehead.
