Sara Villegas is showing off her “fitness lifestyle.” In a new social media post featuring the bodybuilder, she shows off her incredible physique while holding weights in a two-piece workout outfit. “First reaction… oh my!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” a fan commented. “I can’t believe it!” added another. How does she approach food, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.
According to Muscle & Fitness, Sara spoke to Alina Popa and Lenda Murray about what people need to know about conditioning on a recent episode of Femme Flex Friday. “I think people need to realize that there are multiple layers to it. There’s leanness, there’s dryness, and there’s fullness. And those three are all completely different things,” Villegas explained. . “And once you master each of them, it provides conditioning.”
“A lot of times when people aren’t thin enough, they say, ‘Well, I was too full.’ You weren’t too full and you weren’t lean enough,” Sarah said during the interview. Starting with weight loss, you should focus on water balance and muscle fullness. “You have to remember that you can only achieve conditioning if you master all three of these things.”
“It’s clear that staying too thin will stunt your growth, but gaining too much body fat in the off-season will also stunt your growth,” Sarah added. “It’s easy to get out of shape and lose sight of what you need to work on.”
Sarah explained to RX Muscle that she does a lot of lower body training. “Now you have the best legs in the women’s division. What body parts do you do that are so easy for you? Are you like one of those geeky trainers, like squatting heavily? Was it hard work or genetics?” she was asked. “I definitely think it’s hard work. I think they responded very well, but I’m training myself to turn off the lights,” she replied. “We often hear that we need to train from the bottom up and that our legs are the most important muscles. But not many people actually listen to those words and put them into practice,” she says. . “I’ve been training my legs relentlessly. I spend twice as much time a week and twice as much time on the gym floor. So it’s definitely been a lot of work. “It helps that I like training.” You know, I’m one of those weirdos who thinks it’s fun and rewarding, but it’s definitely a lot of hard work. It was. ”
Sarah also assists others with personal training and nutrition programs. She explains that it’s more than just dieting and weightlifting. “We do everything from personal training to food and nutrition,” she says. This includes DEXA scans, measurements, tracking, and a “whole program” that helps people “reach their ultimate body composition.”
