Beeg Pig is back with a new single, “Decimal.” This is the latest in a series of tracks following the announcement of his long-awaited debut album.
The song follows recent After Hours cut “4AM” and last year’s solo single “Watch Me,” as well as her broader 2023 mixtape “Bubblegum.” A bilingual, beat-based exploration of charm, “Decimal” finds the current cover star effortlessly switching between English and Spanish. She said the decision was inspired by “the atmosphere of the track and its intimacy.” “I want to write (Spanish poetry) while imagining whispering it in someone’s ear.”
Elaborating on the single, she said: “‘Decimal’ is an electric track about connecting with someone across the room in the sweaty environment of a club.” I wrote the song, and the way I found the tempo was to play it across the room. That’s what I wanted the energy of this track to be like in a “feel yourself” moment. ” Listen to “Decimal” below.
