As you may have guessed from my rants and rants, I am stressed. It feels like I’ve been working non-stop for the past few months, but there’s nothing I need more than a break. It’s hard to build time into your schedule to just relax and unwind (who has free time when you’re 34 and single and thinking about getting married yesterday?), but when you find free time uses Beauty Pie Reviving Rose. Quartz eye masks are usually pasted on the face.
It’s not too heavy, but it’s heavy enough to give you a calming presence. I don’t need to do anything. You don’t have to poke, prod, slide, or slide it over and over again like with my other high-end tools. Just lie down and put it on your face.
Does it drive away negative energy? Probably not, because I received an email from my dad last week. Will it solve all my problems? That’s also a no because I still love my ex-boyfriend, but it’s definitely doing something.

Using this mask is very easy. The brand recommends lying down and placing it over your eyes and holding it in that position for as long as you like (big responsibility!). Also, if you want it to be even colder, we recommend putting it in the refrigerator first.
I like to keep my mask in the refrigerator at all times. It didn’t come with a storage bag, so I put it in the box it came in and stored it in the fridge. At the end of the day, after showering and doing my evening skincare routine, I grab it from the fridge, jump into bed, and turn on my Spotify playlist, aptly named “Kinda Sleepy, Kinda Sad.” From there, I either put a mask over my eyes and did parts work (a type of therapy that I hope will cure all my childhood trauma) or talk about all the people who have wronged me; Either I figure out how to deal with it. take revenge. (Obviously, one option is more soothing than the other._ I usually leave my mask on my nightstand overnight and put it back in the fridge when I wake up in the morning.)
When I want to get serious about self-care, I start with a sheet mask and then layer a rose quartz mask on top. Who needs a spa day when you can have such a luxury at home? Who needs a spa day when you can have such a luxury at home?

One thing to note before purchasing this product is that it does not come with a strap. It’s not something you’d wear while walking around (you wouldn’t be able to see anything anyway), but it’s also not something you’d wear while sitting. Although it felt a bit annoying at first, I found that forcing myself to lie down several times a day when I’m feeling stressed isn’t necessarily the worst idea.
