It’s time for another weekend in Idaho. Unlike some western states, the Gem State has four seasons. Snow has already fallen in Brundidge and surrounding areas. Idahoans are blessed with an abundance of outdoor recreational activities.
Whether it’s an hour trip or a 10 minute trip, there’s always something you can do for cheap or free. Several cities in the Treasure Valley have greenbelt systems where people can bike, hike, and walk to experience natural beauty. Cities like Boise, Meridian, and Nampa have vibrant nightlife activities, including world-famous restaurants and nightclubs where people can literally dance the night away.

For those who prefer indoor activities and more cultural experiences, Idaho has a lot to offer. The Morrison Center presents a variety of musicals and Broadway plays, providing a unique entertainment experience. And for a truly unique adventure, Boise’s Discovery Center currently houses the world’s largest dinosaur exhibit and is a must-see for history buffs.

Let’s say you want to take a trip to see Shoshone Falls in Twin Falls, one of the great wonders of the world. Its majestic beauty rivals anything seen around the world. This place is called the Niagra of the West.
Idahoans are hard workers. It’s rare to find someone’s lawn that isn’t perfectly manicured. It won’t be long before local communities organize leaf rake days to help those who are physically unable to rake leaves.
