A software billionaire and wellness entrepreneur is headed to federal court next year over bankruptcy claims related to the explosive end of a sexual relationship.
WiseTech co-founder Richard White recently served a declaration of bankruptcy on beauty entrepreneur Linda Logan seeking to recover about $91,000, which Logan claims he spent on the request.
She claims she used the money to spruce up her luxury $13.1 million waterfront mansion in Vaucluse, a wealthy eastern suburb of Sydney. Mr. White said he bought the house for her to live in with her children.

Logan applied to have the bankruptcy notice set aside, arguing that it was an “abuse of process” as it related to their personal relationship.
On Tuesday, Mr White’s lawyer Jeremy Giles SC told the Federal Court his client wanted the matter resolved quickly.
“Given what has been said so far, it makes sense that we would want a speedy trial in this matter,” he said.
Mr Giles foresaw a possible debate over legal professional privilege in relation to documents sought by Mr Logan’s lawyers which Mr White had agreed to produce.
Legal professional privilege protects confidential communications between attorneys and their clients related to legal matters.
Giles said there was “no need” for her lawyers to subpoena White’s partner Zena Nasser or his lawyer Justin Betar.
Justice Nye Pelham noted that the argument could be a “real debate” or “no dispute at all” and would be decided before the bankruptcy law battle. Ta.
He said “surprisingly” both parties had estimated that the bankruptcy proceedings would last two days.
“This is a bankruptcy notice, and I don’t think it should be overhyped,” the federal judge said.
“I very much hope that this case will be resolved as soon as possible.”
WiseTech Global founder Richard White has filed bankruptcy proceedings against Logan to recover $91,000.
He referred the matter to a hearing next February.
Ms. Logan alleges that Mr. White offered to invest in her bionic wellness business in exchange for sex.
She claims the billionaire initiated bankruptcy proceedings against her after his partner found out about their secret relationship.
The wellness entrepreneur runs laser clinics in Australia and New Zealand and was one of the top candidates to appear on Real Housewives of Sydney.
Mr White is the co-founder of software company WiseTech Global and one of Australia’s richest people, with an estimated net worth of more than $10 billion.
