Following the success of the Menopause Monday webinar series, health coach Natalie Murray and life coach Nicky Clarke will be hosting the first Menopause Monday live conference. The event, scheduled for tomorrow at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel, aims to provide needed education, support and a sense of community for women going through perimenopause and menopause.
Murray said that although menopause eventually affects all women and the average age of onset is 51, it remains an often misunderstood life stage. Additionally, this certified health coach notes that many doctors still struggle to discuss or identify symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and many women struggle to manage and navigate this stage of life. He added that they were left without proper guidance. Murray and Clark want to change this by giving women the tools and information they need to approach menopause with confidence and clarity.
The co-founders say the conference is designed for women between the ages of 40 and 60, and focuses on health, fitness and mental health, areas where women often lack reliable resources. It will cover important themes such as happiness and changing mindsets. This event aims to provide women with a clear roadmap to take control of their menopausal journey.
“Menopause is not a topic to be avoided; it is an important topic that all women deserve access to,” Murray said. “Through this event, we provide a space where women can learn, connect and feel supported in their journey.”
