Tina Knowles, mother of music stars Beyoncé and Solange Knowles, was honored at the 2024 Glamor Woman of the Year Awards on Tuesday, October 8th. The event, which celebrates influential women, was held at New York’s Times Square EDITION.
During the event, Knowles spoke about motherhood and offered advice to struggling mothers. Tina Knowles, along with other famous mothers such as Donna Kelce, Maggie Baird, and Mandy Teefey, became an icon not only for her business acumen but for her role in raising a family that influenced modern pop culture. Other honorees included Donna Kelce, mother of NFL player Travis Kelce, Maggie Baird, mother of Billie Eilish, and Mandy Teefey, mother of Selena Gomez .
