FitXR, one of the best VR fitness apps for Meta Quest, is now available in mixed reality. The new update introduces features for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S. This will allow you to experience all FitXR studios through color pass-through on your Quest headset.
This new feature allows you to incorporate virtual workouts into the real world. This is especially useful when space is limited or there are obstructions in the room. Pet owners can also keep an eye on their furry friends while they exercise.
To enable Mixed Reality, select your training session, check the MR option in the settings in the bottom right corner, and your training will begin in the new Mixed Reality environment.
You can adjust the degree of mixing between the virtual world and the real world using the slider in the pause menu. This allows you to see the real world more or less or return to virtual reality completely. FitXR plans to expand its mixed reality services in the future.

FitXR: Not my first mixed reality experience
FitXR has established itself as one of the most comprehensive fitness applications in virtual reality. The subscription model provides access to a variety of fitness classes, including boxing, dance, HIIT, sculpting, combat, and more. A virtual trainer guides users, and new content is added regularly.
Earlier this year, FitXR introduced a mixed reality mode called Slam. It provides gamified high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that adapts to the user’s physical environment. Slam is designed for a play area of approximately 3m x 3m and can be played with hand tracking as well as a controller.
