Chelsea Farley’s health journey began in 2018 with her business, Farley’s Fit Kitchen, when she decided to transform her lifestyle with healthier options.
“I experienced a huge change in my health. I got sober and started preparing my own meals,” Farley said. “Right after that, I thought, ‘Why not try doing this (as a business) on the weekends?'”
What’s in the name
Farley’s Fit Kitchen, named after Farley’s father, serves nutritious meals inspired by Farley’s father’s recipes and modified to be healthier.
“The name Furries is a tribute to my father,” she said. “It’s about staying true to the fact that this is the person who taught me everything I know about cooking and carrying on the Farley name.”
