Gyms and country clubs are reinvigorating the traditional gym membership experience with preventive, health-focused services. East Coast Giant Fitness has added new services following the signing of a lease for its Medwell facility.
Giant Fitness Club members will soon have access to popular health and wellness services such as weight management, IV therapy, peptide therapy and vitamin injections, according to a lease agreement between Medwell Facilities, Inc. and the gym chain.
Powering the gym and wellness clinic approach is Integrated Ventures, a diversified holding company that founded MedWell Facilities, a facilities management company focused on health and wellness.
The move marks the gym’s continued transformation as a clinic, putting health and wellness services front and center for gym members.
The first clinic is expected to be fully operational by November 15th.
The deal with Giant Fitness Club, which has locations in southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, includes the development of a wellness clinic within the chain’s flagship store, a busy club that welcomes more than 2,000 visitors each day. is planned.
Plans include opening additional clinics at other Giant Fitness locations.
