The move will expand global reach, improve capabilities and strengthen the bench strength of both companies. Woolpert is a full-service architecture, engineering, geospatial and strategic consulting firm that has become a leader in data center design in the US and UK since acquiring Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects (SNHA) in 2022 .
Greenbox CEO Andrew Owens said he wants to join an agile, entrepreneurial organization where Greenbox has influence and a voice in shaping the architecture strategy to move the industry forward.
