CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It’s no secret that animal shelters in South Texas are over capacity. Now is the perfect time to adopt a pet from your local animal shelter because it can save a life.
Introducing Mobey. He is the KRIS 6 Pet of the Week.
Mobey (A372422) is currently located at City of Corpus Christi Animal Control Services. Moby is a brown and white American Foxhound mix. He has been spayed and is about 9 months old.
His first day at Corpus Christi Animal Control Services was Sept. 12, and staff had a chance to get to know Moby.
“Moby is very friendly and social with the staff. He is friendly with other dogs and loves running around the yard,” said Matilda Perez, community relations specialist with Corpus Christi Animal Services. Ta.
According to the staff, Moby loves cuddles and treats. Moby is a very smart puppy and is still learning how to walk on a leash.
