Episode 4 of Sister Wives aired on October 6th on TLC, with the Brown family spending Thanksgiving away from each other in separate residences. In episode 4, “How the Mighty Have Fallen,” Kody and Robin discussed the challenges of raising children in a polygamous family. Janelle previously claimed that Kody has been unfair to her other children since marrying Robyn, a claim Robyn has completely denied.
In episode 4, Robin asked Kody to take a moment and try a little harder to help the kids. She explained that the children were more connected to their mother because he was less available. Kody claimed that he wasn’t in the right place and wanted time for himself. He said he was exhausted and angry about all the failures he had faced in his marriage.
However, Robin pointed out that children in polygamous marriages may suffer because fathers never have time for them. she said to the camera.
“He really, really has to be present, but at the same time, it’s still difficult just because of math and time. It’s only natural for kids to be closer to their moms.”

Robin worries about Kody’s relationship with his children and asks him to put more effort into Episode 4 of Sister Wives. The two had a tense conversation, with Kody trying hard to explain to Robyn that he had been trying to help the kids but needed space. Cody was worried that talking to his children would lead to accusations that he wasn’t available.
He confessed his anxiety in front of the camera and said:
“I’m not trying hard enough, I know that. Because it’s not safe to go there. And I get excited like crazy. I’m so angry about what happened. So I’m worried if I tell my kids, ’cause they’re going to accuse me. ”
He also said to Robin:
I’ll be honest. I don’t have the space yet to thank God and fill my love tank with His Spirit. ”
However, Robin stood her ground and insisted Kody repair his relationship with his children. Robin also admitted that he made mistakes as a father.
In his confessional, he said his two biggest mistakes were not visiting Isabelle during her surgery and not following the rules by telling his sons to leave the house during the coronavirus pandemic. He said that was what he said. In episode 4 of Sister Wives, Kody promised Robin that he would try to reconcile with his children once he was back in his proper place.
