CLEVELAND, Ohio – Voting to find the best pet Halloween costume in Greater Cleveland has been open for several days now.
cleveland.com’s Best of Cleveland team is putting the voting in your hands. Our readers will choose the winner of our “Best Pet Halloween Costume” photo contest from among 14 “finalists.”
Can Rover, a golden retriever wearing a graduation vest, maintain his lead? Oliver, a Labradoodle mix aka Willie Nelson, is currently in second place, followed by Ms. Piggy, a “pumpkin” guinea pig.
