Hello, I’m Cottontail! Looking for a fluffy and soft companion? Just look at my name and you’ll know I’m all about charming. They may not bounce around like rabbits, but they’re just as cute and cuddly. Curious and playful, they love to jump from adventure to adventure. I also have a kind side. Please be patient for a moment. As a reward, I’ll give you a purr and cuddle. For more information, please visit the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society website (berkeleyhumane.org) and schedule an appointment with me.

Are you looking for a gentle, laid-back, and affectionate dog that would be AARP-eligible if it were a human and would give you all the big heart? The Bordeaux might be the dog you’ve been waiting for! The 9-year-old boy is a loving gentleman, and these days his adorable face is speckled with white kisses. His foster owners say he is 100% house trained, walks gently on a leash, is fine with people and other dogs he meets on walks, sits, shakes, turns, falls over and rolls over. “He is a very smart boy,” she reports. ” If you would like to meet this pet at Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter, call 510-337-8565 or visit alamedaanimalshelter.org/adopt.

Ladybug is one of the sweetest and most attentive dogs I’ve ever met. An easy-going doll with simple pleasures, she just wants a piece of grass to roll around, a belly scratch, and a human of her own. Anyone who opens the door to Ladybug will be very happy. She will reciprocate your love in leaps and bounds. Please contact the staff at Milo Point Richmond. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Tuesdays, at 220 S. Garrard Blvd. in Richmond. Spartix is about 2 years old. He is a terrier mix who is crate trained and is pretty good on a leash, but he loves walks and is very good in the car. Sparticus was picked up as a stray cat and misidentified as a shelter. He almost lost his life, but because of that we put him in foster care and he has come a long way. A proactive and patient owner is best. For more information about this pet or any other pets available for adoption at the Contra Costa SPCA, please call Pat at 925-323-0667.
