BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Rescue Alliance continues to support pets displaced by Hurricane Helen, while continuing to support local communities as a nonprofit organization prepares for animals displaced by Hurricane Milton. We are urgently appealing to residents to donate pet food and supplies.
Director Jonathan Enriquez said resources were already stretched to the limit due to Hurricane Helen.
“As Hurricane Milton approaches, we are preparing for an even greater influx of animals in need. We are urgently appealing for help to ensure food, water, bedding and other essentials,” Enriquez said.
Rescue Alliance is partnering with Property First Realty Group and United Cajun Navy to collect and distribute critical pet food and supplies, including cat litter, dog beds, dog crates, and leashes, to affected areas. Masu.
