We’re all looking for new and unique dining experiences in Colorado. Thankfully, Colorado is a state with a variety of food options. There is a restaurant to satisfy every desire.
There is a restaurant that comes up frequently in conversations that you would like to try.
Aurora’s instant ramen restaurant is a big hit
Many people recommended Aurora’s Hangang Ramen. I’m not going to lie, when I heard about this instant ramen shop, I groaned. I groaned as the memory of my college days, when I was broke for two years and basically ate nothing but instant noodles came back to me.
Yes, I fulfilled the college stereotype. However, this place looks nice and unique.
Surprisingly, this is the only video I could find on social media. But word of mouth about this spot is spreading fast.

When you enter, you will see various types of ramen lined up along the wall. Take out the noodles, put them in a bowl, and heat them yourself in a special instant noodle cooker.
The restaurant also has a refrigerator where you can choose your own toppings.
I love experiences like this. Aurora’s Hangang Ramen is more of an interactive and fun experience than your typical sit-down restaurant experience. Plus, you can try different toppings and combinations, ensuring a different experience every time you visit.
I’m looking forward to traveling as soon as possible.
Address: 2281 S Peoria St Aurora, CO 80014.
This local Colorado Mexican restaurant is one of the best
Since opening in 2008, Las Palmeras Mexican Restaurant has become one of the area’s best locally owned restaurants serving delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine. We stumbled across this place years ago while driving hungry down Longmont’s Main Street and have been regulars ever since.
The owners, staff, food, and drinks are all top notch, which is what makes this place one of Colorado’s top choices for delicious Mexican food. Perfect for watching sports!
