On the last SmackDown before Bad Blood, WWE put on a captivating show from start to finish. It started with AJ Styles returning for the first time in several months. He shed his heel persona and immediately began a program with Carmelo Hayes. Unfortunately, Styles appeared to be injured during the match. Therefore, everyone wants to know whether the injury was caused by a horn.
Fightful Select noted how energetic Styles is and the spots are planned out. However, it is unclear whether he will be eliminated from television. The way he’s back, I’m sure he’ll be back soon. Most likely, WWE will drag its bad feet for a few weeks. Considering what happened on SmackDown, Styles could potentially work as an opponent for LA Knight and Hayes upon his return.

Now, on to the main event. Bloodline (Tama Tonga Tonga Roa) left the arena as tag team champions. They successfully defeated DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) and The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) in a ladder match. As expected, this match saw a number of major spots where weapons were used. Somehow, everyone made it through safely without any major injuries. Still, it was such an adrenaline-pumping match that those involved are probably feeling the pain.
Since moving SmackDown to the USA Network, WWE has really stepped up its game. There were several other matches on the show, including a dumpster match for women. Michin defeated Chelsea Green. The looks of both men during the match were phenomenal, and Green really sold the final trash can spot. WWE did everything right for today’s Bad Blood. So what do you think about the injury updates for AJ Styles and everyone involved in the main event of SmackDown?
