Charli XCX named the new face of Valentino Beauty
Brat’s summer may be over, but it’s clear that Charli XCX will continue to dominate the cultural conversation throughout the fall. The experimental pop singer’s latest victory comes in the form of a new ambassadorship, as she has just been named the face of Valentino Beauty. The collaboration was announced on the same day that Valentino Beauty launched the Spike Valentino Buttery Matte Lip Color, which is likely the color Charli will be bringing with her as she continues her sweat tour with Troye Sivan.
The “Girl, So Confusing” singer said in a statement to Allure. I think you can tell that by the people they work with and the history of their products. ”
Chloe Sevigny exudes effortless cool as the new face of Saint Laurent
Everyone’s favorite cool girl and style inspiration, Chloe Sevigny, was just named the new face of Saint Laurent earlier this week.
In a series of portraits, Sevigny models pieces from the house’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection. In one shot, Sevigny wore a ruffled white top under a brown leather jacket, which she paired with a burgundy skirt, black tights, and sky-high black pumps. In another photo, Sevigny wore an all-black fit with an entirely different leather jacket. She layered the outerwear over a lace slip dress and accessorized with the brand’s large Sac de Jour tote bag.
The look was styled by Paul Sinclair and photographed by Juergen Teller. Sevigny shared one of the images on his account, crediting the team and simply writing: “Have mercy to everyone 🥀.”

Beyoncé teams up with Levi’s for new cowboy-themed campaign
It was only a matter of time before Beyoncé found a way to partner with Levi’s. When Queen Bey released her eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter, in March, one of the songs was titled “Levi’s Jeans” (featuring Post Malone). In the song, the pair sing about how someone wishes they could be in Beyoncé’s jeans and “hug[her]ass all day.” It was a pretty straightforward impression.
Beyoncé has appeared in Levi’s new advertising campaign. In the photo, she is seen posing inside a laundromat wearing jeans from the same brand and a matching denim hat. To complete the fit, she wears a white T-shirt, blue boots, and a belt that says “Levii’s Jean” on the front (the same spelling as she spells it in her song).
Meanwhile, a corresponding video has also been released, showing Beyoncé entering a laundromat, taking off her pants, tossing them in the washing machine, and beginning to sit on a bench in her underwear. At first glance, this is just the beginning of Bey’s long relationship with the denim brand, as the commercial was touted as “Chapter 1.”
