South Korean cosmetics giant LG H&H announced on Thursday that it will conduct an open innovation program with US-based Draper Startup House (DSH) to support domestic and international beauty technology startups.
DSH is a subsidiary of legendary Silicon Valley venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson, founded by Tim Draper, which identifies, invests in, and develops promising startups from over 35 locations in 20 countries. We offer comprehensive incubation services.
LG H&H will launch this startup incubation program in collaboration with DSH from November 1st. Mid-November. The DSH Korea Center is scheduled to open in Garosu-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
DSH Korea Center will function as a startup incubator and networking platform to attract beauty technology startups from Korea and abroad. DSH will provide consulting services from experts in a variety of fields, including technology development, marketing, investment, and global expansion.
The center helps discover great startups through the TV series “Meet the Drapers,” which features episodes of beauty tracks created especially for LG H&H.
