The first short clip shows the dog’s owner hitting the wall with a hammer. The camera then turns to the right, where the dog is sitting, while the dog flashes its headlights to help its father. She also seems overly excited to help out with household chores for her beloved family.
German Shorthaired Pointer dogs are skilled and obedient companions for DIY projects. At one point, Delilah’s father asks her to turn up the lights a little, and she obediently complies almost immediately. Furthermore, during this task, the 2-year-old seemed to be more focused on helping the owner. Notably, she is also a careful dog who wears safety glasses when around dangerous and heavy equipment.
However, Delilah seems to have previous experience when it comes to DIY work. In previous TikTok videos, dogs were seen engaging in similar activities as their owners. At the time, she too wore safety gear and seemed focused on helping her father complete the project.
