The 2024 App Engagement Study reveals compelling data showing that a significant majority of fitness app users view music as an important factor in staying motivated during their workouts. Ta. Specifically, 94% of respondents considered music essential to their workout motivation, and 72% reported that it boosted their energy levels while using the app.
Feed.fm’s research also highlighted a preference for a mix of familiar and new music, with 83% of users expressing that they want to keep both routines lively and focused. Additionally, 73% of participants said music had a positive impact on their emotional well-being, reinforcing the idea that a good soundtrack can improve the overall workout experience .
