With iOS 18, you can finally customize your fitness app overview to your liking. Previously, when you opened the app, you would see a summary of workouts that Apple wanted to highlight, even if you weren’t using them. Now you can add the workouts, metrics, and cards that actually interest you, and remove the ones that don’t. This is great news because fitness is a very personal journey and new features allow you to focus on only the goals that are important to you.
