NEW YORK (WABC) — With less than 10 days until the 2024 presidential election, one organization is working to get out the vote.
Analysts say the political power of black women is a driving force in this year’s presidential election. The Win With Black Women network has been at the forefront of raising millions of dollars for Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign and empowering tens of thousands of voters.
Joining our program to talk about the organization’s mission is attorney Holly Holliday, co-convener and lead organizer of Win With Black Women.
We also hear from the voice behind Kamala Harris’ podcast assuring voters that she’s ready to challenge the president.
Additionally, in this special edition of “Here and Now,” learn more about “Dear America, A Letter from Black Women,” a new documentary highlighting the pivotal role that Black women have played in American politics.
