Well, it’s time for 11 Fitness. Joining us this morning is TEDDY SAVAGE from Planet Fitness. And you take us to prepare for Halloween. That’s right, that’s right. So we must prepare for spooky days. But that’s not all. Pumpkin is used here to get the blood moving normally. Please give me a small float. Do you want a little one?Oh, little one. This one is special because it’s a pumpkin. After my son. It’s very cute. Sometimes he’s Spider-Man. I got the whole Hulk. I like his Hulk Smash the most. And this big one is from my daughter Diana. As you can see, these are eyelashes. Oh, they all had to be noticed. That’s correct. Big old smile. Now, the first move is the jack-o-lantern jumping jack. Because we really want blood to flow throughout the body. Okay, let’s take the pumpkin. I’m not jumping. You are not jumping. it’s okay. Introducing the revised version. So you’re going to keep it here. Push up over your head and tap with your right foot. Let’s tap out. Jen. boom. right. Let’s go. Come on, come on. I wonder what my rights were. What are your current adjustments? Please come back to my chest. Now raise it and tap with your left hand. left. Okay, you keep doing that and I’ll start going here. Okay, you got some nice jumping jacks, right? Jen smiles. And we, as parents, are thinking about how many miles we have to walk again. How many blocks and how many houses are there?Right. So when you’re doing that, you just want to bleed. Understood. The next preparation is complete. That’s correct. Next up will be the creepy squash. Understood. By the way, this is squash. Understood. squat and swing. So I’m going to hold off. This is where you store your pumpkin. Make sure that face is there. Okay, I’m going to squat down and swing. I know it’s hard to do with drugs. right. In other words, it hinges and swings. Yeah. Look at Jen, look guys, she’s actually doing it in a dress. It feels good. Yeah. For the lower back, for the posterior chain hamstrings. You’ll be walking up the street, down the street, up the stairs, and down the stairs. You have to make sure you are gentle and agile. This is great because it’s a dynamic compound movement. So next time, I want you to watch it because I’m going to jump. Okay. This will be a pumpkin plyo jump. So I say to myself, I like to jump. right. You know I do that. yes. Therefore, as parents, we also want to stay young. I’m going to put pumpkins there. Make sure you are safely on one side, then jump to the right. Then jump back, making sure to keep your knees up. I keep my chest straight. I have a big smile on my face. Remembering the reason for this spooky season. It’s not just candy. It’s because we fit together. The last one, Jen, which is also a favorite of mine, will be Pumpkin Spicy Pumpkin Crunch and Carbs. So I have to go down for this, okay, so I go down to the ground. I’m supervising it. That’s correct. You are managing this whole situation well. Okay. So I got some creepy squash here. Sit down to crunches, then carve your obliques slightly to the left and right. very nice. I’m sitting there, TJ, telling you not to eat all that candy. Then carve left and right. I’ll say it again because I want to say it to your heart again. Make sure you understand obliques and rotational movements. Jen, it’s so good and perfect for your spine. For some reason, I don’t remember doing that when I was pulling my wagon from house to house loaded with adult beverages on Halloween. Is that not the case? No, no, none of these things I might say between sips, set. I like to take a sip. Please set. Moderation. I
