Jelly Roll has marked the latest milestone in his fitness journey.
The 39-year-old singer took to Instagram on Oct. 22 to share a video about the tour, which is halfway through. The Jelly Roll clip begins with him holding his guitar and saying, “Next year, people won’t recognize me when they see me.”
He continued: “You’re going to endure a mountain of weight like you’ve never experienced before.” The video also features nutrition coach Ian Larios, who the singer said was on the “Beautiful Broken Tour.” I’m doing my best,” he said.
Larios went on to explain the “Need a Favor” singer’s exercise routine and then shared how much weight she lost while on tour.
“We walk around the arena, we play basketball, we box,” Trainor said. “He just lost over 100 pounds.”
LaRoi also shared details about his Jelly Roll diet, revealing his “favorite pre-show snack: Banana.” But this time he made it “a little fancier” by adding honey, sweetener and dark chocolate to “perk up[the jelly roll]before the show.”
The nutrition coach also said that Jelly Roll was on a “high protein diet” and one of his post-show meals was Nashville hot chicken. But Larios “removed the oil and batter” in his plate for fuel and simmered his jelly roll fries in bone broth to “boost the protein,” which helped the rapper “stay back on track” with his fitness goals. .

Before starting his tour, Jelly Roll previously opened up about his health journey. In an interview with People in April, he explained how he stays healthy, saying he had already lost about “70 pounds” at that point.
“I’ve been doing really bad things, dude. I’ve been running 2-3 miles a day, 4-6 days a week. I’ve been in the sauna for 20-30 minutes and in cold water for 6 minutes every day. . I’m eating healthy now,” he explained.
The “Liar” singer said she feels “so good” before detailing what’s next on her fitness journey.
“I thought I was going to lose another 100, 100 pounds. If I’m this good at this weight, I can only imagine how I’ll feel by the time I get on tour,” he added at the time.
He reportedly took a step back from Instagram in April after receiving criticism online about his appearance. In an episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, Jelly Roll’s wife Bani Zaw said: The cutest baby angel. ”
“The internet can say whatever it wants about you, and they say, ‘Well, you’re famous. I’m sure you can handle it.’ No, we don’t.” she added. “That’s enough.”
