The $5 million, 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility is scheduled to open in early 2025. Crunch Maplewood, operated by Crunch Fitness franchise operator Fitness Ventures LLC, will be located in the former Family Fair space on North 90th Street. , brings new fitness to Omaha residents.
