Manisha Koirala has taken her fitness game up a notch by putting her ‘health first’ as an actress. She says there’s nothing like the excitement a workout brings, and every drop of sweat brings you one step closer to becoming stronger.
Manisha took to Instagram on Thursday morning to share a photo with her friends after a good workout. In the photo, the actress is seen flaunting her biceps.
“There’s nothing like the excitement that training brings. The rush of adrenaline, the rush of happy hormones, and the pride you get from breaking a sweat is priceless. Every drop of sweat brings you one step closer to a stronger you. . Embrace the struggles and celebrate every victory, big or small! #bff #gymmotivation #healthfirst,” she wrote as the caption.
On October 21, the actress shared several photos of herself walking on the beach with a yoga mat.
She wrote in the caption, “Keep moving, whether it’s in the form of yoga, gym, aerobics or dancing. While in Mumbai, I love doing yoga on the beach, especially when the city is quiet and the sea breeze is soothing to my soul. I love doing yoga early in the morning because it gives me energy.”
“At the beach we have a deep connection with ourselves and the world around us. When we move our bodies and minds, everything feels bigger, brighter and more interesting. It brings a sense of peace. #YogaOnTheBeach # Mumbai Morning #StayActive”.
Professionally, she last played the role of Malikajaan, a brothel madam, in Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, directed by Indian author Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The show, which tells the story of the district of the same name in British India, marked the OTT debut of Bhansali, with whom Manisha co-starred in ‘Khamsi: The Musical’.
The show, which also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chaddha, Aditi Rao Hydari and Sharmin Sehgal, has been renewed for a second season and will be available on Netflix soon.
