RAPIDS CITY, S.C. (KOTA) – In the lead-up to Halloween, many people are planning spooky parties, trick-or-treat routes and how much candy to buy. But amidst all the chaos, you still need to eat.
Papa Murphy’s has some spooky pizza hacks perfect for Halloween parties and haunted house nights. Homemade jack-o-lantern pizza can be purchased or made at home. All you need is pizza dough, pepperoni, and cheese. First, roll out the dough and pinch the edges to make it look like a pumpkin stem. From there, add pepperoni for the eyes, mouth, and nose and bake in the oven.
Other hacks for parties include pizza muffins, pizza rolls, and jalapeño poppers. To make muffins or rolls, slice raw pizza into squares, roll into balls, and bake as normal. As for the poppers, simply fill jalapeños with cream cheese, wrap them in raw pizza dough, and bake.
All of these pizza hacks can be done using pizza dough and your favorite toppings.
