Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.
Lauren, who is “passionate” about exercise, relies on strength training. “I switched from being a ‘cardio bunny’ to lifting heavy weights! During that time, I was on social media and watching girls compete in fitness competitions,” she said. he told Simply Shred.
Lauren doesn’t do much cardio. “Workout routines that focus primarily on weight training with minimal or no cardio work best for me. My training style is a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I have a dysmorphic body type and find it very difficult to maintain muscle mass. “Lifting heavy” has really helped stimulate overall muscle growth, especially in my lower body,” says Lauren.
Lauren is not proactive when it comes to dieting. “I follow an approach that combines macro eating and clean eating,” says Lauren. “I know exactly my macros and have a clear meal plan to hit those macros. When planning my meals, I also keep in mind things like timing of nutrition, especially before and after training. Masu.”
Here’s what Lauren eats in a day.
Meal 1: 5 oz egg whites, 3 oz oats, 1 tablespoon honey Meal 2: 1 scoop protein, 1 cup blueberries Meal 3: 3 1/2 oz barramundi, 9 oz sweet potatoes Meal 4: 2 1/2 chicken breasts 2 oz., mixed vegetables 5 oz. Meal 5: 3 1/2 oz. turkey mince, 3 1/2 oz. pumpkin, 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves, 2 oz. avocado Meal 6: 1 scoop protein, 1/4 cup almonds
In a recent post, Lauren gets serious about what it takes to tone your glutes. “POV: Follow this workout every day to tone your waist, tone your glutes, and lose 10kg… 🤥 Claims like these are being made all over social media. Digging deeper… All content creators use the exact same wording in every post hoping it goes viral and it’s all just click bait to get views 🙄 Accidentally like wildfire. We are spreading the word!” she wrote. Be careful who you accept advice from here. Want to tone your glutes? Lift heavy loads. Eat foods that nourish your body. Don’t listen to what idiots say 🤣”
