Another look at the Unplugged family. When the LED string lights flash, they look just like real lightning.
To create the storm clouds: Start with a black sombrero. Cover the top of the hat with flashing battery-powered LED string lights and attach with tape. Add a generous layer of stuffing. Add more layers of lights and more stuffing on top. Give it a dark, stormy look with a few short sprays of gray spray paint. Cut out a large raindrop shape from the blue felt and attach it to the hat with blue thread. Complete your look with black clothing and neon rain boots.
