Changes your heart rate across the board (like interval training) – Nutritionist Penn’s caption says, “Keep your heart rate guessing at regular intervals.” Other benefits include cardiovascular health. and improved insulin sensitivity, improved calorie burn and weight loss, enhanced anaerobic endurance, and reduced inflammation and oxidative stress. Exercise intensely and vigorously (strength training) – Anjali Mukherjee adds, “Increase your strength and give it your all.” This also helps improve bone density, boosts metabolism and fat loss, and improves mental health, which in turn improves the quality of your sleep.
